What Bikes are included in our 5% Best Price Guaranteed?
It applies to all Bicycles included in the comparison table below (Pre-matched Bikes), that are:
- Available at BikesOnline, including bicycles on promotion
- In stock at online only competitors within Australia.
- Competitor’s final price on a same size frame inclusive of any taxes and delivery fees
- Not excluded from Our Best Price Guaranteed (see below).
What is excluded from Our Price Promise?
- Stock liquidations (i.e., competitor clearance bicycles sold by a business placed into administration).
- We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.
- If a competitor's price for the same product falls below our cost price, we reserve the right to decline.
- In assessing a competitor’s price, we disregard any cashback, coupon, or gift card promotions they may be offering.
- ‘Gift with purchase’ items and coupon codes.
- Not applicable to past purchases at BikesOnline
- Retailers member-only prices (E.g. Amazon or Catch.com.au)
- Products shipped from overseas
- This does not apply to trade and commercial sales
- Second-hand products and marketplace listings eg. eBay.
- Grey market / Parallel import items
- BikesOnline coupon cannot be applied to price beat.

- If a competitor's price for the same product falls below our cost price, we reserve the right to decline.
